Job Description – Multitask manager who is ultimately responsible for the production, execution and fulfillment of the commitments made by the company to its clients, employees, subcontractors, vendors and governing authorities. Including business development, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, construction management, quality control and safety.
Superintendent Experienced in ground-up retail and commercial construction. Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods. Must be proficient at basic surveying and computer Internet use. Job Description – On site manager and owner's representative. Responsible for all jobsite activities, and the enforcement of company policies and procedures. Including scheduling, construction document adherence, quality control, and safety.
Superintendent Experience in interior finish out retail and commercial construction. Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods. Must be proficient and willing to perform basic carpentry. Job Description – On site manager and owner's representative.
