Tony Annan, President, Founder, and CEO
Tony Annan serves as President and CEO of Warwick Construction, Inc., where he is responsible for the overall operation and strategic development of the company. With over twenty-two years of retail construction management experience, Tony founded the company in 1999 to continue to satisfy the needs of national clients. Since then, he has developed the company into a reputable national retail general contractor.
A graduate from Huddersfield University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, he has management experience in retail construction, including extensive open remodels, ground up construction, and tenant finish out projects. His project portfolio also includes industrial, grocery, warehouses, schools, and banks.
Tony has dedicated the last fifteen years to implementing an organizational structure that would support his vision of growth and sustainability.
Brad Downs, Vice President of Construction and General Counsel
Brad Downs serves as Vice President of Construction and General Counsel for Warwick Construction, Inc. He earned a B.B.A. in General Business from Lamar University and received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1997. He is an active member of the Construction Section of the State Bar of Texas. Brad provides a unique perspective having previously owned a construction company and also having worked as legal counsel /advisor to domestic and international construction companies involved in complex projects around the globe.
Working hand-in-hand with all departments, Brad is instrumental in the development and execution of company strategies and goals. He not only protects the company from unnecessary risks, but in most instances, he is able to recognize and resolve potential conflicts before they escalate. Brad maintains a perpetual commitment to fostering solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and employees.
Walt Watzinger, Vice President of Operations
Walt Watzinger serves as Vice President of Operations for Warwick Construction, Inc.
where he is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the company’s business plan and interim goals which are designed to enhance productivity, efficiency and workforce development. Walt also manages Warwick’s compliance and fulfillment of the commitments made to clients, subcontractors, employees and stockholders.
With an extensive background in the service industry, Walt fosters strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, industry agents, employees and departments within Warwick.
Rachael Garnett, Controller
Rachael Garnett is an astute business professional with diverse and progressive finance experience. Rachael earned her Bachelors in Business Management from Midwestern State University before joining the Warwick team, where she has continued to develop professionally by assuming more challenging roles. Rachael’s determination and attention to detail has been essential in managing the company’s financial assets through its growth phases. Rachael is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Accounting Dept. including accounts payable, accounts receivable, project accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting and risk management.
